As a reminder to our previous post, our office hours and porting desk availability will be different between Monday 24th December and Tuesday 1st January.
Monday 24th – Wednesday 26th December: Closed
Thursday 27th – Friday 28th December: Normal hours (9am-5pm UK time)
Monday 31st December – Tuesday 1st January: Closed
If you have a support query during this time, please use the normal procedures outlined on our standard support service level agreement page. Please also ensure that you have sufficient funds in your prepaid account as we will not be processing bank prepayments when the offices are closed.
In addition, due to the closure of other operators porting teams, no new UK geographic and non-geographic ports will be submitted to the losing operator in the period 24th December to Tuesday 1st January inclusive. Any ports previously submitted that would normally complete during this period will have their porting date delayed until after Tuesday 1st January.
UK mobile number porting (UK MNP) will continue to operate during this period within the confines of normal timescales, i.e. ports submitted before 4pm on a working day will be scheduled for the next working day. Ports submitted after 4pm UK time or on non-working days will be submitted on the next working day.
