Due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, there will be some changes to our usual support and porting opening hours.
No UK geographic, non-geographic or mobile ports will take place between December 24th and 26th, or on December 31st and January 1st. These dates will not be selectable when making porting requests via the dashboard or API, and should not be requested for any manual ports.
In addition, some other operators may close their port desks or have an embargo on exports for a longer period. This may extend the lead time for ports.
Any non-urgent support requests submitted on UK public holidays (December 25th, 26th, or January 1st) will be dealt with the following working day. For a guide to fault classification, please see our standard support service level agreement.
